Intuitive Eating is the missing link between losing weight and keeping it off for good. Emotional overeating is the number one cause of obesity, yet diet plans fail to address this fact.

Diets have a 95% failure rate, and for good reason. Diets only address the symptoms of overeating (weight gain, for example), not the causes.
